The korean movie “Romantic Island” starring Eugene (Three Dads and a Mom), Lee Sung Gyun (Coffee Prince), Lee Min Ki (Dalja’s Spring) and Lee Su Kyeong (Soulmate) was filmed in Boracay and Manila, Philippines. Originally called “I Feel Good”, this movie was scheduled to be released sometime around May but for unexplained reason it got temporarily frozen.

“Romantic Island” is set to open in Korean cinemas on December 24 hoping to draw in couples looking for warmth this holiday season. I bet many Filipino k-drama fans will anticipate this film in Philippine cinemas. I hope this movie will further boost the tourism industry in the country!
I’ll be going to Boracay on December 6-8, 2008, and this film makes me more excited ha ha ha!!

so great….. makes me wanna go to boracay and experience the “romantic island”…. actors are very good too… especially my idol Eugene, it was my first time to see her wearing bikini in a film, she matures a lot in terms of acting and having a sexy scene…. its the best!!! more power to all.
see wats up with swine flue there. my friend there said a group of people got scared an left bcoz they saw people in gear rounding up and killing all the pigs near kingfisher on boracay. got worried an askd police but they said it didnt happen at all even though she saw it in person. they mite be keeping it secret bcoz it would hurt tourism
Jol:
As far as I know, there are no reported cases of swine flu yet in the Philippines. Couple of months ago, it was the ebola reston virus that affected swine/pigs in the country, but the virus is not harmful to humans.
